SNMP trap messages to be forwarded from DNAC to milestone O-insight

I have a setup that need to be implemented where DNAC would forward  the required SNMP trap messages copy  that it receives from SNMP client to external server running O-insight  ( milestone) server. As per the proposal, the O-insight is only interested in the environment status of the network switches. 

currently the switches are running in SNMPV3. 

another criteria is that both the DNAC and O-insight server should receiver the trap 

how should i proceed to implement the above setup ? 

how to send only the env_status of the network switches to O-insight ?

making CatC SNMP-traps forwarder is a bit straightforward: System/Setting?ExternalService/Destination/SNMP.
but filtering of env-relevant traps is something u better implement on target SNMP-server.
This is where u can derive necessary filters from: CISCO-ENVMON-MIB & CISCO-ENTITY-SENSOR-MIB & CISCO-ENTITY-FRU-CONTROL-MIB
