Static Assignment of an Edge Port to a VNI

Hi, I have a building like a Campus with different Departments at any Level of the Building. In some of that I use the same Switch for 2 Departments, so users are in different VRF at the moment. I don't know the MAc address or other info about the clients, but I want that when they connect to the first 24 ports of the Edge switch they own the VNI A and if they connect to the second 24 ports of the same switch they are on VNI B. 

Is it possible on ISE to determine different ports on the same device to different VNIs?

Instead of make it ISE a Leraning mode and apply the Profiles once you have all devices connected based on the Client Identity.

802.1X deployment to make ports can be used dynamically based on the Identity, so you can utlisie to maximum ports.

VN will be based on the client identity not by the Physical Port.
