9509 Dynanic Memory Utilization

One of my 2 core 9509s is showing 62% dynamic memory utilization. The other is at 40%. Can some one expain how the dynamic memory is used in the switch and if this should be a concern? Is this a relationship to how busy the switch is?

Take a look at "show proc memory" to see who is using all the memory.
