Hi there,
We have faced with Fault F1529- Storage unit / on Node 1 mounted at / is 92% full on APIC cluster with 3 APIC-SERVER-M1.
As per recommends (in google search) we need to execute below commands in order to free up some spaces:
aci-apic01# cd /
aci-apic01# > MegaSAS.log
After execution we received below error :
zsh: permission denied: MegaSAS.log
We assume we need to login as root user for APIC, but appearantly it will only be provided by TAC.
I just want to make sure which service contract I need to purchase to get proper service and root token from TAC. is below part number what I needed? or not ?
"CON-SSC4P-APICM1"
"CON-SSSNT-APICM1"
I would be really appreciated if someone can guide me through.

What you have to do is, first verify if the SN of the APIC is covered by the support contract: https://cway.cisco.com/sncheck/
If the device is under support, you can open a new case directly by providing the SN: https://mycase.cloudapps.cisco.com/case
Stay safe,
Sergiu

thanks for your help,
As I checked on that website there is no service contract available for my APICs serial numbers, how should I purchase the right and relevant service contract for these clustered APICs?
regards,
Navid

Contact your local Cisco representatives, and they can help you with it.
If you do not have any, you can request for assistance online: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/about/contact-cisco.html/technical-support
Use the "Request a Quote or Buy Products or Services"
Stay safe,
Sergiu
