Greetings.
Hopefully you have a current contract, and can open a TAC case.
The fatal module error could be an actual hardware problem, or image issue, etc.
For a TAC case they will normally ask for show tech-support details, show logging onboard, show logging onboard error-stats, etc, to look for details if that is an issue with linecard Module, X-bar, supervisor, etc.
IF, you don't have any hardware coverage, and the switch continues to be stuck in reboot loop forever, then you may want to consider attempting a bootflash recovery.
If your real issue is hardware failure, then this obviously won't help.
https://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/storage/san_switches/mds9000/sw/rel_3_x/troubleshooting/guide/ts_sw.html#wp781831 covers the general steps for rebuilding bootflash and reloading the kickstart and system images.
Hopefully you can get a copy of your current running config (or already have one), so you can re-apply that if the bootflash rebuild is successful.
Thanks,
Kirk...
