64 x fiber channel ports
4 x copper channel ports
FC, FCIP, FCOE, iSCSI supported protocols
support for block, file/object based storage solution
software defined storage support for  Ceph, VMware Virtual Volumes
must be able to support integration with heterogeneous fabric switch environment & backup solutions i.e open source.
virtualization and cloud computing (VMware vRealize, OpenStack) support
different multi-pathing solution e.g. third party OR native OS based

9300 doesn't support FCoE nor FCIP

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/storage-networking/mds-9396s-16g-multilayer-fabric-switch/datasheet-c78-734525.html

9700 doesn't support FCIP, but otherwise would fullfill all your requirements

The 9250i supports all your requirements

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/storage-networking/mds-9200-series-multiservice-switches/models-comparison.html

The 9205i only has the following ports...

20 x 2/4/8/16-Gbps FC
8 x 10-Gbps FCoE
2 x 10 GE

You need at least 64 Fibre Channel ports.

Why FCIP are you trying to extended the SAN between Data Centers?
