Cisco MDS - Radius configuration

We have some 2 Cisco Nexus 9300 and 2 Cisco MDS 9148.

We have configured Radius authentication in the same way but it works only on Nexus.

In the radius server we configured the Cisco-AV-Pair attribute as priv-lvl=15, shell:roles=*"network-admin vdc-admin"

Any suggest?
