is there any way to increase forwarding bandwidth from 10Gbps to 16Gbps or more at this model cisco ws-c2960c-8tcs.

The Data sheet says that this model can do max of 10G. So 16G won't be possible.

PS: You may want to raise your overall concern in the LAN switching section of the forums.
