DCNM Web-Client - NPV Performance Summary Not Populating

I have a client who is unable to see any performance data in DCNM WebClient (under Performance) for NPV Links which are defined/populated in Inventory. They show up there and the configuration seems to have been done correctly for flows, collections, etc. The ISLs/NPV Links checkbox is selected in Admin-->Performance-->Data Collections page. The fabrics are licensed.

I can't seem to find any reason this would be happening. Any ideas? Thanks!

The only errors logging I can find are these:

 Line 1240: 2014.05.18 05:29:46  ERROR [fms] SshExecTransport.open(): failed to connect to 'xx.xxx.xxx.xx'. Auth fail

Line 1679: 2014.05.18 07:55:36  ERROR [fms.HostIdGenerator] Unable to get host Id from remote DB for license verification.  If DB MAC Address is being used for the license Host ID, license validation will fail.

But I'm not sure if they're related for Performance not populating any display for NPV links.
