I am stuck trying to configure some new WWNs to our fabric manager. I have notes on how to configure but I am having trouble discovering the switches. I can console into them with the user "Admin" and configure CLI but the fabric manager software won't discover. I don't have any SNMP users and I don't know what to put in the "community" field. Following guide I tried private but I get error...
If I reboot the switch I am able to briefly discover the swtich using the "Admin" but when I try to open it it'll say incorrect user name & PW.
We are in the process of replacing these next year but I can't add my new VMware host to the switch without getting into the current swtich.
