Would it be possible to obtain information on setting up iSCSI with 9548 SAN router. I have tried many times unsuccessfully. Thank you.

I think you mean SN5428-2
You can configure via GUI or CLI. You do not say what iSCSI driver or Storage Type so can't help you much with details
