MDS 9120 issue??

We have enabled 2 additional FC ports (19/20) on our Cisco MDS 9120. The VSAN aliases, and Zone Sets are created and pre-existing. All WWN's are advertising correctly, on the SAN, FC physical ports are green..

Now at this point we attempt to view the logical drives on a pair of Win 2K3 servers..in which does not see..We have pre-defined the Zones Sets with an A&B side respectively, and is currently operational with another SAN device..Clarion_EMC..The new SAN FC ports are working properly..so we are at a standstill. The SAN array on the other side is a Hitachi 9570

Hi There,

Can you do a

# show zoneset active

and confirm the array/s and the host/s are logged in and zoned to each other.

You will see a little * next to the device if it logged in.

If this is the case, you may have a problem with your LUN masking.
