If I run a sh fcns internal reject-log vsan 10 I get the below error but cannot find any documentation as to what it is caused by. Anyone know what is causing the issue?

is there a reason you have one zone for all of the systems ? It's considered best practice to have either single initiator - single target zoning or single initiator - multiple targets
Once you have zone your AIX box to the NetApp unit, run "cfgmrg". Typically that will force the system login to the array.
