Hi Guys, my name is Ron , and I'm working at Cisco .
We got Nexus 5020 , that someone erased all of the boot files [i think he did "erase boot"] .
Now, the Nexus is on "loader>" prompt , and i just can't load any image .
1. I tried to configure it IP ["ip set x.x.x.x 255.255.255.0" and also DG] , and i saw that it configured, but I still have no ping, so I can't load an image [the Uplink switch even don't see the Nexus's MAC...]
2. I tried to load image from USB Disk-On-Key , also without success, because when I press on "dir" , the only thing I see is :
loader> dir
bootflash:
lost+found
I suspect that there is some hardware failure [because there was also electricity down, but don't know how to make sure what is wrong]
Any assistant will be appreciated ! It's important to us, because we need to build a new Data-Center .
Thanks in advance ,
Ron
