Hi there,
On Friday we swapped out an old N5k for a new N9k, all config alterations were made and the switches were swapped out. Everything worked fine, except for the 4 x 8G FC interfaces that connect to a Dell Unity, they went into errdisable complaining that it had received ARBFF (arbff fill-pattern rcvd from peer)
I tried forcing the interface to ARBFF but it looks like it’s not supported on 8G interfaces. Nothing I tried seemed to help and the Unity doesn’t have any options in the GUI that we could see to change to IDLE.
Has anyone seen this? What’s the fix?
Best, Leigh
