"Restrict Broadcast frames to Zone Members" Question

Does checking the box "Restrict broadcast frames to zone members" in active zoning or create zone in Fabric Manager, cause the following error message and you can no longer zone

Activation failed on VSANxxx Reason: Unknown: 25, domain id: xxx ??

Also does this check box set broadcast zoning policy to on on the VSAN?

Yes using the Broadcast attribute on a zone can cause failures when the various MDS in a VSAN are running different versions of SAN-OS or NX-OS.  I would not recommend using this check box when creating zones.  I have never seen a need for using broadcast in a zone.  I have seen several instances where this was enabled by mistake, and it caused failures when activating a zoneset on the VSAN.
