Can I turn off SNMPv2 and have SNMPv3 and telnet/ssh access only

By default, I believe that there are no RW or RO communities enabled, so SNMP version 2 connections should be disabled by default. Not sure if you can disable the SNMP V2 protocol per se, but you can make it make unusable.
