Cisco Netacad Login

Hi Everyone,

I need to download the new version of Packet Tracer, but i forgot my username/password. Is there a way to link my CCO  with the Netacad?

I completed my introduction to cybersecurity 0420 exam with 90.5 marks . but I do not get my completion certificate  and batch also.  

I tried this but do not know there is some problem . I did not saw any cerificate there in display .

wht to do i tried every thing   i submitte my  grade list also 

1. Log in to Cisco netacad.com.
2. Click your name in the top right bar to access your user profile.
3. Scroll down to Certificates of Completion section and click the Get Certificate button to generate your certificate. 

Certificates will appear in your netacad.com profile.

Log in to Netacad.com and tap at certificate completion, if you don't see
anything that means maybe you did not submit your exams or you did not
follow criteria that is required. Pleas go back to netacad.com try to find
out,and let Cisco Community know your Progress
