The full release isn't available yet, but I have heard rumours that it will be soon. Keep watching this page for more information:

In the meantime, you can get a three-router topology using IOSv (one of the core components of VIRL) by downloading the OnePK All-in-One VM.

VIRL is now available to download at the URL I mentioned earlier. It's subscription-based at US$199/year (US$79/year for academic use) and has many of the same capabilities as the CML product. Enjoy!

I have the same issue getting VIRL
