It seems that you did not understand my question well. I mean how to apply what I learned in the company I work in. I want practical applications that simulate working as a network engineer or network administrator, so I want you to point me to a source that explains in a practical way how to apply a course CCNA at work. Thank you for your help.

if you looking to apply your CCNA knowledge in to Live environment, one should have courage to give that apportunity, so you can apply your knowldge there.
You can have many simulator / emulator in the market, if you have smart enough by now " google might have enough tools for you"
But any where here is the tools avasilable for your make small Labs and simulator your knowldge and test it.
1. packet tracer (not used myself, many learners uses) -- 1000's of videos available in youtube for you to explore.
2. GNS 3 - good stuff need images and bit knowledge how to setup tool on your PC -1000's of videos available in youtube for you to explore.
3. PNET/Eve-ng much advanced - 1000's of videos available in youtube for you to explore.
4. Cisco CML - cost you 200$ all the images free - 1000's of videos available in youtube for you to explore.
