Hi Syed,

We were not asked by the product group to create Part #  UCS-BLKE-6200 but I would like to help you.  Please understand that this is not something we can normally do but it's a simple shape.

I don't have a picture of this part so I created a Visio shape from a module by removing all but the faceplate and mounting. That is my best guess.  You can download it here: https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-38589
