Hello,  I need to upgrade my WS-C4507R-E (Supervisor V) from IOS 12.2(54)SG1, ROM 12.2(31r)SGA1, to 15.0(2)SG10. The question is, can I do a jump without installing other versions and what are the system requirements? Please help. Thanks.

I have a new 2960c switch that I miss typed the enable secret password in and now would like to return it to the factory defaults to start the conf over again?  Is there any way to do this with out the enable password?
