Where can I find information that describes the things consumers care about when they are comparing CDR reporting capabilities such as:
- How often is the raw data processed and records updated?
- What standard reports are provided?
- What fields are included in the reports?
- Are all fields searchable?
- Can records be sorted or configured for custom reports by department?
- Do reports provide analytics for information such as traffic loads or peak calling?
- Describe how the records are set to automatically purged after a designated time frame?
I see a lot of config info etc. geared for admins, but I can't find customer facing info.
