I ran your question by our experts and they had some information for you:
Raspberry Pi 5 support is delayed. Because it only supports Ubuntu 24.04 due to driver limitations, and we don't yet support Ubuntu 24, this isn't possible. Once ThousandEyes supports Ubuntu 24, we should support the rpi5.
