Onbox Python socket error

Hi,

I'm testing out the onbox python on a 3850 running 16.12.08

pip (8.1.1)
requests (2.9.1)
setuptools (22.0.5)

guestshell python works. 

http server is enabled and i've confirmed working.

However when attempted to run a python script from flash i'm getting this error:

SocketError: Socket /cisco/nginx_shared/pnp_python.sock not present. Make sure to enable http server

How do i go about resolving this?

I saw issue/error reported sometime back same model - the fix was "factory-reset all", effectively clearing the flash starting again from scratch, which resolved the issue.
