TRex Unable to connect to Scapy server

Hello, I want to know if this is an expected behavior or some configuration is missing.

I am running TRex for the second time.  After setting the node with 2 interfaces, one to the exterior with DHCP, one to my lab, I run it without any modification to the config file. Using the stateless GUI I cannot reach the Scapy server ("Scapy server is unreachable") and so I can't create a traffic profile. Using the GUI I can establish a connection to the console (port 4501) and see the enabled interface, core type, etc.

In the TRex console I can see a message indicating "Scapy Server is started" and I see the port 4507 open for tcp connections.

There is no blocking whatsoever between my GUI client and the server. I am running the pre installed TRex version for CML 2.7.

Is this expected behavior for CML Trex? Is there anything I have to configure the first time I run a node?

@gloriachn29  not an expert here, but from what i recall whilst TRex typically starts the Scapy server automatically, you might want to double-check the Scapy server configuration in the TRex config file and look for any settings related to the Scapy server's IP address, port, or other parameters.

I would post or request support also in the CML personal community as they might have more insight.

Hope this helps.
