VPN access with address -1 using Cisco Anyconect software for DEVNET

I received an email with the following access: Enter your lab's private VPN connection information: Lab Network Address: -1 Username: xxxxxx Password: yyyyyy I am using the Cisco AnyConect Mobility Client, but in the email I have not received the IP address.

What is the solution in this case?

Check in your reservation if you can see/find the headend sandbox DNS for your reservation.
