I am building a terminal management application from CUCM with JTAPI.
I need to get the Agent-ID with JTAPI that is logged in to the terminal.
Get the Agent-ID with GED-188 protocol from the JTAPI to the CTI server.
Is it possible ?
Can anybody tell me how to get it?
