I have cisco voip phone , model number CP-7841 , with cisco manager express.the phone can call only internal extensions, but I can't call landline numbers ?thank you
yes we checked the provider side everything is ok.yes, we able to receive calls, and also we can call mobile phone but not the land line that start with 9+local code+phone number.but if I call 9+phone number is working fine.
