@Maren Mahoney  i deleted end-user profile,  performed AD sync then reset the pin.  Issue  fixed....  

Its  Admin GUIWhen we try to reset pin from end-user page we are getting this errorError: [2755] ADMIN_ERROR_NO_UDT_IN_USER_PROFILE

@Maren Mahoney we have the same issue for EM profile pin reset from UCM.DB Run time status seems good, Tried recreating the user profile. but the issue remains the same... Any suggestions here  ???UCM version 14.X

Also without removing other existing ACL lines
