I thought I might leave this note to help out other people stuck trying to apply a BOOST license using CSL including future me. I have now successfully installed 4 boost licenses on two different 4300 series models using this method (4321 and a 4331)...
Another thing odd that is worth noting. I saved this config and rebooted the router. Now, with the exact same config as before, the static route to the 208.93.135.178 IP is no longer in the routing table. The route is there if you do a show run...
