I understand that a voice over wireless deployment needs its own VLAN but the question is what is the best practice size of the single voice vlan? Once exceded what is the best practice subnet size for AP Groups?

A good tool (plus its free) that I would suggest is Iperf (Jperf is GUI based and does the same thing)… It allows you to set up a remote server and test UDP and TCP throughput on internals. It also allows you to adjust packet size and does a good job...

No performance or CPU spike but high memory usage. Not sure if the memory is related to the 7.0.116.0 bug or this...Thanks for your helpBill
