Cisco 5508 Memory Usage

What is the average memory usage for a Cisco 5508 with 500 APs (mostly 3502s) running 7.0.116.0 code? I am currently at 450 access points and have 80% memory usage should I be concerned?

That should be fine.

Keep an eye out on your CPU usage.

CPU at 3%?  That's nothing.

I've got a 4400 with 0 WAPs and memory is at 60%.

Must be running Windows 98 in the background.  LOL

That must be NT.... I have a 5508 with only 58 AP's and the memory is at 48% and CPU is at 0%... and no clients on it yet:)

Tom,

     I just had a 5508 in production hit 89% memory usage and crash… I have opened a TAC case and I will update once more information is available. The controller rebooted and came right back online at 56% memory usage; I suggest rebooting it during downtime.

I have a WLC 5508 and the memory is kept at 80%, while the CPU is at 1%.

How can I check what is draining the memory of the WLC?
