Using downlink on NEXUS 9300

Hi,Could you please tell me if there is a restriction to use 9300 downlink ports to configure vpc-peer-link and DCI-vpc ? Indeed, I don't have the right QSFP to use uplinks.Thank you,Regards,Samy
