I have a SRW248G4P switch that isn't responding to either the console or webview. When I power on the power lite stays yellow. Is it completing the bootup? Anyone have experience with this symptom and perhaps a solution? Thanks in advance, Robert Jones

I have an SRW248G4P switch that appears not to boot. Trying to connect using the console, I get the message: Connecting To 192.168.1.254...Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: Connect failed. Webview also doesn't respond. Suggestions anyone? Is it dead? Thanks, Robert Jones
