Webex room kit keeps "connecting to room device" it tries to establish a connection when joining a meeting

When we try to join a meeting using the webex room kit, after joining 3 seconds later it will display a "connecting to room device" message on the Touch 10. It will reboot with the cisco logo. This only happens when joining a meeting.
