Can both headset & handset be used simultaneously on Cisco 8841 IP phone ? Means can same call be heard on headset & handset at same time ? On cisco 7945 this feature working.
I want to record all calls at call center ,but when I enable built in bridge option at cisco phone the user can't her us.
We use Ip cisco phone 7945G and CP-8841. How can I resolve this issue ?
