Like others, unable to generate entitlement file from the dashboard or from the collector registration process.  Thanks for assistance.Ben

SNTC and SAMT or CCWR Access, registered multiple times.... have opened 3 support cases.

I purchased a SmartNet contract in Sept, and assigned it to my SSO.  That's the only place I can see it is under my profile and Access.  If I go to CCRW I get not found, but a sales rep can see it assigned to my name from his side.I've opened 4 cases...
