I've seen this question many times but on a single switch without a router attached I've yet to see a working answer.
I have the following arrangement:
Host1 192.168.10.100----->192.168.10.0 Vlan10-------->Switch<------Vlan20...
Lee, thanks for the prompt response - I have the gateway addresses setup as you suggest, but Host1 can't ping Host2, only the Vlan IP for the other subnet (10.10.30.1 from 192.168.10.100).
