Hi I have recently obtained a Cisco 7960 phone with SIP firmware. When I got the phone, the Web interface was not working. I don't have a copy of CUCM, so can't update it through that. I have got CLI access to the device and can update the .cnf files...

Thank you for your response, however all of the threads I have found refer to using CUCM to enable web access. As I said, I don't have access to CUCM. Thanks
