By restarting CIMC it worked

By restarting CIMC it worked from me because above configuration is already in place as suggested.
Change the setting under Port

Change the setting under Port Properties. Check the Auto Negotiation option and restart CIMC once. It worked for me.Click on Admin --> Network --> Network Settings --> Port Properties --> Auto Negotiations
