4500x optic fiber problem!

Heres the problem.I need to have a optic fiber sfp in port 1 but it wont work.It works fine in every other ports except the first.If i plug a eth tranceiver in port 1 it also works just fine.Whats wrong with port 1 and optic? Thanks!

Well, nothing actually.The optical power goes from -8 to -28 in seconds after i plug in thetranceiver and cable.
