If you use ASA, you have to
1. create tunnel-groups;
2. create group-policies,
3. assign each tunnel-group to a group-...
where is your dhcp server, is it your router? or is it another device on your network? if yes, just make sure your new vlan is exist all along the path between your switch and your dhcp server.
