Has anyone experienced this error? Repeated errors like this indicate the call bridge is unable to join the participant into a VMR. Rebooting the call bridge works but we have not found a root cause yet.
Has anyone experienced the behavior where the Lync/Skype for Business client will crash but still hold the session to an Acano co-space.
This happens frequently with some users. Acano core server logs do not reveal errors. Lync Server monitoring log...
Hi. I'm working with out telco team to send sip voice calls from our VTC endpoints to an Avaya Session Manager.I believe I have all the zones and search rules in order on the VCS side to forward the call to the SM. I am able to confirm with the telc...
We are trying to monitor the number of traversal and non-traversal licenses used over time (daily/weekly/monthly). We tried using the CDR reporting feature in TMS for Gateways and VCS. I was able to obtain a graph for about two months but I don't k...
If I purge an MCU from TMS with the intention to re-add it later. How will it affect scheduled conferences in TMS that use the MCU to connect 3 or more endpoints?
We reboot the call bridges during regular maintenance windows. We also make sure the database is in synch. I still receive the messages but infrequently and we haven't seen the issue re-occur. FYI.

On the CIsco VCS in x8.2.2 you can set the properties SIP SDP attribute line limit mode and
SIP SDP attribute line limit length to 130 in the zone/trunk. This will reduce the size of the SDP and should remove the video codec request. This is not av...
Hi. Using the pipes and links for the zone did force calls at 64kbps. But it did not strip the video request in the SDP.
For successful audio only calls we found we either had to:
1) Specify the call from the endpoint as audio only.
2) Turn off SIP ...
