how to enable threshold based load balancing onto the secondary WAN link when 80% utilization is achieved on the primary link?

RPC application is not getting deployed over Multilink interface , whereas thru ISDN and MPLS its working , can someone throw light on this.

i have observed multicast packet drop in a LAN setup in 500:30 ratio thru traffic analyser (when the packets are entering into a router thru one vlan (ingress )and getting routed thru another vlan (egress) ), is this drop ratio normal?
