How do I find the past software updates for my CallManager 4.1(3)sr3c

We have a person that is hearing impared and would like to know if there are any amplified phones or amplifiers that we could buy for a 7960 phone.

I have installed the 7920 Configuration Utility Software and each time I try to upload the information from the phone, the program crashes. Is there an update to this program. I am using version 1.06
