Please explain why we are going for hardware firewalls,since most routers have firewall features,IPS,IDS,stateful inspections of packets.So,what are the additional features in hardware firewall which are unique from routers

Explain how to get voip connections for a large enterprise,what equipments needed in customer side,how about the physical connection.intial setup,installaton of VOIP equipments.....like EPBX,IPBX,Router,IP phone....etc
