Hi @Marcelo Morais Yeah, that's right. Instead of actual serial number I get this: "UDI SN: UNSUPPORTEDhf"And that is the problem in our case.

Hi.While that's public cloud service, we can't be 100% sure in platform version, but tech support of cloud provider tells, that requirements are met.
