ISE 2.7 License - PID and SN = Unsupported

Hi.
We've installed our ISE instance on cloud platform, which is based on KVM (Yandex.Cloud) and get some problem.
We need to put license to our ISE, but can't do it cause can't get PID and SN
Tried both CLI and GUI.
There are data I get:

Product Identifier (PID) - UNSUPPORTED
Serial Number (SN) - UNSUPPORTEDhf

Make sure these requirements are met :

Hypervisor

KVM on QEMU 1.5.3-160

Hi.
While that's public cloud service, we can't be 100% sure in platform version, but tech support of cloud provider tells, that requirements are met.

 - That's up to you to trust, if possible  go to the particular cloud platform and try to verify yourself

Hi @PavelZabrodin71123

 try the following:

ise/admin# show udi
SPID: ISE-VM-K9
VPID: V01
Serial: <SERIAL NUMBER>

to check the SN ...

and

 ise/admin# show tech-support

search for Displaying UDI (Unique Device Identifier) information, check for UDI SN and the platform spec (Memory, CPU)

search for Displaying full dmidecode, check the platform spec.

Hope this helps !!!

Hi, @Marcelo Morais
I've tried show tech-support.
Not sure about the result. File with output is attached. Can you look at it?

Hi @PavelZabrodin71123

I didn't find any SN info in your case ... just like this:

*****************************************
Displaying UDI (Unique Device Identifier) information...
*****************************************
UDI PID: ISE-VM-K9
UDI SN: <Serial Number>
UDI VID: V01
UDI Platform type: VM
...

or

*****************************************
Displaying 'show inventory' output...
*****************************************
NAME: "ISE-VM-K9 chassis", DESCR: "ISE-VM-K9 chassis"
PID: ISE-VM-K9 , VID: V01 , SN: <Serial Number>
Total RAM Memory: 65791984 kB

Hi @Marcelo Morais

Yeah, that's right. Instead of actual serial number I get this: "UDI SN: UNSUPPORTEDhf"

And that is the problem in our case.
