"The EOX API is currently experiencing some technical issues, and the API Team is working to resolve them. I have included the API Team in this email for further update."
Hi Suchita! As you can see in the attachment "01 - CSPC_Equipment Data.png", the data was collected successfully (image edited by me to hide the serial numbers and other data).
Hi Suchita! I'm a NAP IT employee and I can help to explain. We can view all serial numbers in CSPC, but none are visible on the SNTC portal. I have attached some images that show you the step by step problem since uploading the data.
